Installing and Caring for your Floorcloth

*  When  you receive your floorcloth, remove it from the tube and slowly let it unroll.  It will lay flat in a little while.

*  Floorcloths wear best on hard surfaces. Place a thin rubber non-skid pad underneath to prevent the rug from sliding.  On tile this  prevents the canvas from sinking into the grout and forming cracks. 

*  Do not fold your floorcloth.  This can cause creases that will not come out.  For storage, you can roll it.

*  Clean up is easy.  First  vacuum the surface,  then mop or wipe clean with a damp sponge.  Use a mild detergent.  I sometimes use water with some vinegar and a little dish washing soap.  After cleaning, towel the rug dry.  Do not clean in the washing machine.  This will damage the floorcloth.
